1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EroFans. By creating an account or browsing the Platform you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Age Requirement — 18+
This Platform contains adult content intended exclusively for adults. By accessing EroFans you confirm:
- ·You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
- ·You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited by law.
- ·You understand that this Platform contains sexually explicit material.
EroFans reserves the right to request government-issued photo identification (INE, DNI, passport, or equivalent) to verify the age of any user or creator at any time. Failure to provide verification upon request will result in immediate account suspension.
3. Creator Accounts
3.1 Registration
Creators must register using accurate, current information. Each person may hold only one creator account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
3.2 Content Ownership & License
By uploading content to EroFans you confirm:
- ·You are the sole creator and owner of the content, OR have explicit written permission from every person appearing in it.
- ·Every person depicted is at least 18 years old and has consented to being filmed or photographed.
- ·You retain ownership of your content. You grant EroFans a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute the content on the Platform.
3.3 Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:
- ·Zero tolerance: Any content depicting minors in a sexual or suggestive manner — no exceptions, ever.
- ·Non-consensual content, or content depicting real-world violence or abuse.
- ·Content involving animals.
- ·Content impersonating another real person without their explicit consent.
- ·Content promoting illegal activities.
4. User Conduct
All users agree not to:
- ·Harass, threaten, or harm any other user or creator.
- ·Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
- ·Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity.
- ·Screenshot, download, or redistribute creator content without explicit permission from the creator.
- ·Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Platform.
5. VIP Subscriptions & Payments
EroFans may offer VIP access to exclusive creator content. By subscribing:
- ·You agree to the pricing disclosed at the time of purchase.
- ·Subscriptions may be recurring. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to be charged.
- ·All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Refunds are at EroFans' sole discretion.
Full payment processing terms will be published separately when payment systems are activated.
6. DMCA & Copyright
6.1 Reporting Infringing Content
If you believe content on EroFans infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to admin@erofans.org with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Your notice must include:
- ·Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing URL.
- ·Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- ·Your physical or electronic signature.
6.2 Response
We will investigate and remove infringing content promptly upon receipt of a valid notice. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
7. Termination
EroFans reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any behavior we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its community. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
EroFans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EroFans and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. EroFans operates internationally and complies with applicable regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates.
